Crack heads don't get this high. Things are really good. All natural is the way to go, just the way I like girls. (I'm not a fan of make-up. I don't like surprises in the morning.)

I forgot how serene clouds can be.

I spotted this clever bumper sticker on the way to San Diego. This guy has balls to be rolling around with this on his Alpha Male Chevy Truck. I bet his girlfriend/wife (that he met online) loves riding in the car.

San Diego has way too many museums. Gabi loves model trains and I love Hawaiian shaved ice. I got mine and he got his.

You think you got problems? Try living the life of this traffic cop, that's some pressure. Plus, he's only like 3" tall. This man has no confidence.

This was my favorite pic of the weekend. I really like how the drive-in screen stands out. I could not have snapped a better pic if I set it up.

All my life, I couldn't wait to grow up so I could go to clubs. Not to drink or meet girls, but to dance on light up floors. I just assumed all dance floors were like Saturday Night Fever where each block lit up to a different color as you danced on it. Cold reality hit and it hurt. UNTIL, I went to The Jazz club in China Town (that's gotta be an oxy moron). Best dance floor so far.

This place opens in May in San Diego. I may have to make a visit.

One of my friends was being ignorant and suggested that I go to SD so often these days was becasue of the Jehovah girl. Unfortunately, that joke would have worked if she was a Mormon.

I found that I deal with stress so much different these days. People really should appreciate stress because it only makes you better. To live an unchallenged life is a life of static. You alone bring things into your life, so you have to know it is for a reason. I will probably be awake earlier than your parents tomorrow morning but it's not all bad considering I get to go to a conference in Hollywood for the next two days. Besides those haps, I gave Al Green a rest as it was getting played out on a daily basis. Then again, Al Green never hurt nobody.

So it's 4am and I am AWAKE. Now this happens on 2 occasions.

1. Chris (who has all of his clients on the East Coast) has a conference call at 8 am Eastern Standard Time. (5am PST)

2. Chris went out partying and is stumbling home after stopping by somewhere to eat.

Well neither of these went down this evening. I wish I had some really cool story of what really happened but let me just break it down. Had breakfast with Kevin, Binks, and Bink's Friend (BF). Did something that I have not done in a quick minute, watch TV. I now remember why I never do it. We have satelitte and all that means is I have way too many options of crap to watch. That went down for like an hour. I went to the gym and hit up Chipotle. That little bit of sugar they put in their rice is so essential. After my post gym glass of Chocolate Milk I decided to take a nap at 6pm. Pacific Time.

Anyone else remember these commercials? Maybe just me? Either way, these spots really helped out a young ambitious 88lb boy by the name of Chris. I wish I could talk to him now through the mirror, but I am pretty sure it would scare the shit out of him. Maybe it's worth it. Anyway, my Soy Milk drink consumption has gone up considerably. I noticed all the things I used to hate as a child I have now grown to love. Milk, Vegetables, the Democratic Party, cold weather, etc. Except for Mustard, sorry Mr French but you and I still have a problem.

Anyyyyyyyyyway. I digress. Nap at 6pm, then fast forward 9 and half hours and I found myself on the couch. Not at LAX or Jimmy's in Santa Monica as planned. I never get Mondays off and have not gone out on a Sunday for a while. At least I can still offer sensitivity, intelligence, and charm. I can live with that.

So some girl spilled her drink on my shoes and I got bored. I used to paint and draw when I was really young but it has been so long. I guess I just wanted to find a new hobby and express myself. I don’t really know why I stopped though, maybe because I was afraid that I would end up a starving artist like Van Gough. I found that a shoe proves to be an interesting canvas, but maybe I am biased. It can even be looked at as graffiti on your own property. Damn kids and that rap music.

I, like many others, am aware they are single today. At lunch I noticed these people without wedding rings were so sad. Now maybe their dog died or they lost some money on the game last night but I am gonna assume it is because of Valentine’s Day. I don’t see why they are sad, I am really happy to be single at this point of my life. I like spoiling and caring about myself way too much to think about someone else. Plus, it is hard to find someone that you want to let in and show all your quirks and unique little things that make you YOU. Everyone is sweet, nice, thoughtful, cute, etc. It is those small weird things that make someone unique and special to you and you alone. In the end, you have to see if the person you are with is special to you because of those little things that make them YOUR girlfriend or wife. With anyone else, that other person might not notice those things and would have feelings about them for other reasons. I have two women in my life right now and that is enough estrogen for me. Trust me, my mom and sister are a handful.

I had a conversation with a girl at work about a certain act that men enjoy yet she saw pointless. I tried explaining to her that for some reason there are things that men may like or ask for that women do not understand. Fine. It may be a hard concept to wrap your mind around but think about this. Flowers. For some strange reason, they make women happy. They make women fall in love and for some reason they are a confirmation that a man cares for the woman in their minds. Really? An organic multi-cellular organism was what confirmed his love for you? I don’t get it and I don’t want to ever get it (*I have sent flowers on many occasions, too many recently). BUT, I do understand that is what makes you happy and that is what does it for YOU. Not me. So for that reason, I do it for you because it makes you happy. So understand that many times a guy may ask for something that you don’t see how any human being could find pleasure or reason in the act. But that is the point of this all, you will never see why it makes the other person happy. The only thing that you need to see or realize is that it makes the other person happy. In conclusion, if you’re in the business of making someone happy then try not to think about the why because it will just hurt your head.

Last Saturday I took the family to Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa. This place was deep in Corona, but well worth the drive. If you have never been, you need to go and spa it up. If you work hard or have any kind of stress in your life and wanna get it out, this is the way to go. You walk out with your body feeling like some smooth grape J-E-L-L-O.

That day capped off with a stop at The Best Mexican fast food ever by the name of Miguel’s Jr. It is a shame that they only have locations in Corona and one in Orange. Then again, maybe that is a good thing cuz I would just eat that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This was a long post, but it's been a while. Michael Motorcycle Art Gallery opening at The Standard Downtown LA tonight. Open bar and La Cita Pre-Party, I really don't need to say more. So I wont.

I wish I could have seen it to beleive it (I won't reveal why) but not only do the Giants win but Eli gets the MVP nod. Throw some salt on the wound. I hate that Shane even predicted this, he really did, not like all your friends who now say that they knew it was gonna happen.

Throwing my mom's birthday bash was a bit more stressful then one would think but in the end it turned out better than we had hoped.

At what age do you just stop caring how old you are and realize to just enjoy your life? I think I just had that epiphany a couple months ago, but I am sure it will come back at the age of 30. Until then, who's counting?

Dub Club was better than I expected. It's always cool to see someone who you thought you would never see again ever. Not that I didn't want to, just didn't think of any situation where I would. I saw this girl from grade school who I would have never thought liked dance hall or dub. Go figure.

Cloverfield was pretty marginal. I wanted more, instead you just get dizzy by the filming. Except for Lizzy Caplan (remember she was LaLohan's lesbian friend in Mean Girls?)

Other than some sub par flicks, I finally went to the KROQ Micro Brew in Santa Anita. Man, have I been sleepin on some good times! I always wanted to go for so long but always had something come up. This sums it up.

Escaped to the mountains for a bit to get some clean air. I threw way too many snow balls and drank way too early.

Janae stayed busy making this monster snowman.

The nightlife in the mountains is lacking, unless you’re into that whole low lit pool hall trucker style bar.

The hardest part about taking off somewhere is coming back. It always takes at least one day to kinda snap back into that daily grind. For some reason the last week of the year blew up at work and sales was grinding like no other.

After the snow it was off to the Whale’s Vagina, well Encinitas first to chill with Kevin. His hottie roommate has a cool dog named Whiskey who pretty much owned Shane.

Kevin can’t stand one of my favorite brews, High Life. All weekend he was alone on this stance as I tried to explain, CHAMPAGNE OF BEERS. That’s what’s up.

It may not look like it, but Shane was nice enough to be the sober one to watch out for all of our drunk asses.

Things keep getting better everyday. My first ever beard has came in nice. I vowed to shave it once 20K was on the books. Now, I figured this would happen close to Christmas with the option of maybe spicing up Christmas dinner with the Grandparents by showing up with a beard, but it's the 13th and I am $1000 away from my goal! What's up with that?

After giving up betting on basketball, I have been going to watch games recently. The highlight has to be getting upgraded to Suites every time due to friends. Once, even having better seats than Bill Walton and talking mad shit to SDSU fans over some guys name being Tron. SDSU humor really doesn't have shit on Cal Poly.

Last night Gabi and I spent some time finally working on making some music together in his makeshift studio. It was long over due but it looks like things may work out.

So I got my 2 weeks notice that I need to move out. I have been in RH for over 2 years now and though I will miss the quiet Asian city, I think it’s time. Moving on up to the WestSide.

Give and Take Back

So we rolled over the border to my motherland for some clean wholesome debauchery for the weekend.

We stayed at The Hotel Caesar in TJ, known for the birth place of the Caesar Salad. Wiki that shit if you think I'm playing. We got pampered, drank, went number 1 (some of you may call it number 2 but in my book, it's number 1), drank very watered down drinks, and even watched some weird ass skin-a-max shit dubbed in spaninsh.

I had never been to TJ so I was never informed of how G-H-E-T-T-O the people who go to these clubs are.

So over dressed and classed but that isn't too hard to do in Mexico.

I came back from the Motherland to find Southern California burning. This really sucks cuz lots of good people are loosing their houses. I had a loss, but nothing nearly as bad as a home. I lost my camera in Mexico, kinda cliché and I hate it. I was really sad and down but luckily Ryan and Shane kept me positive. Recently I have not been able to loose on my weekly betting on college and NFL football. So that night I decided to enter a semi big online poker tourney and beat 654 other people and ended up winning $400. Did I mention I finished The Secret? Anywho, it just so happened that Circuit City was having some crazy deals on cameras for the holiday. So I had to.

I knew that if I just stayed positive that things would work out.

Last week I took Bianca to see Justice rock The Fonda. Now, if you know me or not, you gotta know that I sweat. No. Before you say, "well I know this one fat dude who sweats soooo much...." No, I sweat more. I sweat stretching, it's a problem. So obviously when you pack Hollywood into a small venue for a Parisian powerhouse, things are gonna get Nas-tay. Never have I sweat so much in my life. Yuck.

Right Guard, Degree, Sure, Old Spice ain't got shit on this. You try not sweating in this.

One of my favorite holidays is coming up pretty soon. The only thing that comes close to getting drunk in a costume is getting drunk in a suit. Ryan is gonna top his 05' Sisqo, be on the look out for that shit it's gonna be nuts. Shane is bringing some heat too.

Life has been going really good ever since I learned the law of attraction. Living the clean life feels really good too. I really wanna try and step it up at work. I think that's my goal for November. I am calling my shot right now and letting everyone know that November is gonna be my month. Sorry for anyone who thought otherwise. Now you know.

I got to catch up with the new season of Curb. Fo real, that shit is hilarious. Apparently Jeff left some baby eggs on Larry's blanket on Passover. Justified, because it wasn't a High Holiday for the Jews.

I am really glad to see Gina Gershon back on the show too. I forgot how much she does it for me. I've been on that jock since Y2K.

Drinking 3 nights straight capped off in Old Town Friday night.

Ryan worked some magic and got us hooked up with free drinks all night. That was kinda cool.

I thought Mel was gonna get in a fight, but sadly it never happend.

Highlight of the night had to be Gorav and the short Mexican dude that was yelling and calling girls "Ho's!" for the longest time. Please see above.

Sunday I got to sit field level V.I.P. thanks to Kustom Lighting.

Home Depot Center is really nice. Usually the Mexicans are outside of Home Depot standing around, but here they are inside and ended up beating the New York Red Bulls 3-0. That was a really bad joke.

My first year at Cal Poly I used to have all my Civil Engineering classes with #13, now he plays for Chivas. I also found out he was the 2006 Rookie of the Year. Go Broncos.

Kid & Play & Sushi & Tiger Oh My!

Last Thursday went to the Sporite back to school party.

Mad free sushi and drinks for days. You know I was all over that spicy tuna. It was hard trying to be extra sneaky about loading up my plate.

After almost not going due to the many drinks consumed prior in Pasadena, I knew making the drive out to Melrose was worth it when I met one of my childhood heroes.

Really wished the shoes were for sale and not just for display. So many crazy limited shoes, I was dying! Called it an early night and got to chill with Binks before she hit the hay. Lucky for her, the leather bag they gave us was white and there is no way I am walking up into LA Fitness with a white leather Onitsuka Tiger bag. I really cant complain these days, especially with the Chris-tal Castle back in order. Ever realize your true calling really late in the game of life? I really wanna go back to when I was 18.

It's About Time

It really is about time that I don't feel so alone in this big world because Bud Light came out with the Chelada! Nice to know I am not the only person that enjoys Clamato, Lime, and Beer. Bout time I posted also.

So this weekend was pretty mellow. I won a poker tournament (must have been the Chelada fuel), attended the pool parties, watched college football with Fabe, and I think the Chris-tal Castle is in danger of falling.
